As we are about to begin a new term at the DNC I wanted to take just a moment to thank you for your help in the Western States Caucus. As you know one of the main themes, we might even say problems, within the Caucus has been the different needs and agendas of the urban and rural Democrats in the West. Your representation of the concerns of rural parts of our region has been one of the most beneficial additions to building a mutual trust and understanding within the Caucus.
