Fellow Oregon Democrats,

It is my great honor to recommend Democratic National Committeeman Wayne Kinney for reelection during the DPO's reorganization meeting on Dec. 4.

Wayne is one of the hardest working political activists in the state. He travels extensively throughout Oregon - and especially in the Second Congressional District - to attend meetings, to touch base, and to provide needed support. He is a terrific link to both the state party and to the DNC.

Wayne is savvy, pragmatic, and really understands the needs of his constituents. He is always available to help, and every inquiry gets a prompt response. If he doesn't know the answer, he just picks up his cell phone and finds someone who does. His dedication to helping organize Democrats in rural Oregon has been steady and tireless.

Wayne will continue to strengthen his relationships with the national party to benefit Oregon. I strongly urge his reelection.
